Registration for this year's OFDA Dealer Strategies Conference is now open. Held at the Cosmopolitan Hotel October 28-30 in Las Vegas, NV, this year's 2012 conference theme “Going All In to Win” reflects the dramatic changes in our economic environment and the critical need for clear strategic thinking and strong execution among dealers and their industry partners to reshape their organizations for future success.

Building on the success of our 2010 and 2011 events, this year's conference will continue to offer a compelling educational program and exceptional industry networking designed to help contract office interiors dealers – principals and senior sales and operations managers – to beat the odds and take their businesses to the next level.

Once again, the Dealer Strategies Conference will offer three half-day intensive workshops on Sunday.  Emmy award winner and leading speaker on business success, Ross Shafer, will address attendees as our opening general session speaker on Monday, October 29 and an internationally acclaimed motivational speaker, Matthew Kelly, will address attendees in the final general session on Tuesday, October 30.  This year's breakout sessions are being finalized and will feature content that is highly relevant to the current management and future strategic direction of your business.
